Dakota 600 Consent, Release & Disclosure

You agree to the following conditions while attending the Dakota 600.

Definition of “All Parties”
For the purposes of this agreement, “all parties” includes, but is not limited to:
Dakota 600, Trail Stewards (event organizers), officers, directors, workers, volunteers, medical personnel, partner organizations, sponsors, land managers, and property owners.

Pictures

You grant the Dakota 600 and Trail Stewards the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and images in photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional and informational purposes, including use on websites, social media, email, print, and other media.

Recording of Tracks

You agree not to electronically record the routes and tracks used for the Dakota 600. You agree not to communicate these routes and tracks to others not attending the Dakota 600.

Injury to Yourself or Equipment

You acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in the Dakota 600 and agree to hold harmless and release “all parties” from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses to yourself or your equipment arising from your participation in the event.

Bike – Acknowledgment of Responsibility

I recognize that if my bike does not meet minimum standards, I accept full responsibility for my own safety and the safety of my equipment. I release “all parties” from any liability that may arise from operating any motorcycle.
